Inspecting, Altering or Deleting Data

You have the right to inspect, to correct or to delete your personal data. Besides that, you have the right to withdraw any permission you have given for the data-processing or to raise an objection to the processing of your personal data by Bagjump Action Sports GmbH and you have the right to data portability.

This means that you can submit a request for the personal data which we have concerning you to be sent, in a computer file, to you or to another organization specified by you. Upon abort of the purchasing process the collected data will be deleted. In case a legally binding purchase is established the collected user-specific data will be stored for a period of 7 years in order to comply with Austrian tax law (§ 132 Abs 1 BAO). Name, address, purchased goods and purchasing date are furthermore stored for a total period of 10 years in order to comply with Austrian product liability law.
